MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sham has been working within the UK HE international student recruitment sector since 2002. Having held senior roles in a variety of universities, prior to joining SAMS Global in 2023.
Whilst at a leading UK university he was instrumental in implementing the SAMS Pay product, enhancing his advocacy of agents. Sham has served as a co-opted member of the BUILA Exec and brings a vast network to the organisation.
With a unique insight in to the sector, Sham plays a vital role in the strategic development of SAMS Global.
JENNIFER MARSDEN- LAMBERT
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES
With a solid background in HR, Jen has spent the last 17 years negotiating contracts, developing winning teams and streamlining processes.
Having joined the SAMS Global team in 2021, Jen has brought a transformative change to the company during its transition from student recruitment to EdTech.
With an uncanny knack for detail and a keen eye for talent, Jen has enabled the Company to position itself on the global stage and serves as a pivotal element of the Senior Leadership team.

Hadi has been on the SAMS Global journey from the beginning, taking responsibility for and delivering cutting edge developments.
His detailed knowledge of the multiple product architectures and his leadership of the development teams has enabled the Company to go from strength to strength.
With a research background, Hadi has enabled SAMS to take each step with clarity and vision, making him an indispensable part of the SAMS Leadership team.
